Rental Rates for Shamuvilla
So, how much does this luxury cost?
The simple answer is - not as much as you'd think!
The prices shown are for the villa per week ( not per person).
A full clean before and after your visit is included, if you would like additional cleans then this can be arranged at an additional cost.
All relevant taxes are included in the price.
Please note the prices are subject to change but are fixed once a deposit is paid

Prices shown are for a duration of 7 nights. Please email to request a quote for a stay other than 7 or 14 nights. Stays can start or finish on any day of the week.

£200 / $300 Non refundable deposit required at booking
Balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival date PLUS Damage deposit
£200 / $400 Damage deposit required with balance ~ Fully refundable subject to satisfactory inspection
Check-in is available after 4pm - Check out before 10am
Our villa is non Smoking
Regrettably we do not allow pets
If you have never booked a Florida villa before and are unsure of what to expect, please contact us and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
We can also offer suggestions on where to look for cheaper flights and which time of the year may be best for you.
Whilst staying in the villa you have the re-assurance of knowing the local management team are just a mile away, on hand to help if you have any problems. There is an information pack on site with useful local telephone numbers including a 24hr contact number for any emergencies with the villa.
